The rule will place new restrictions on projects where young children may be exposed to Lead due to Lead Based Paint on building components. Contact an EA Group account representative for additional information. BOMA's Every Building Show EA Group exhibited at BOMA's Every Building Show March 11th, 2010. Even with unseasonably warm weather attendance was good. Patrick G. Herbert, President of EA Group and Deanna Pittard, Marketing Coordinator discussed upcoming projects and visited with Cleveland area building owners and managers. EA Group's account representative and BOMA Board of Trustees member, Amy Cseh was also in attendance to assist BOMA in promoting and coordinating raffle prizes during the show. 
EA Group Vice President / Technical Director Obtains LEED-AP EA Group is pleased to announce that Timothy Bowen, Vice President / Technical Director for the environmental consulting division since 1987, has obtained the US Green Building Council's LEED Accredited Professional (AP) credential. EA Group has been a member of the USGBC since 2007. Bowen is responsible for quality assurance/quality control and technical review related to all consulting projects so he was a natural candidate for the LEED AP. EA Group has expertise in the following areas: - Indoor Air Quality Management Plans: We develop, monitor and document air quality control measures during construction
- Pre-Occupancy Baseline Assessments
- Asbestos Removal or Encapsulation
